Refund Policy

Portal Field Core does not sell products through a checkout on this website and does not process card payments in the browser. When someone commissions a profile, spotlight, chronicle, guide, or studio visit, payment is arranged by invoice after a telephone or email conversation.

If work has not started

A deposit paid toward a calendar slot that we have not yet opened—no interview booked, no files reviewed—can be returned in full to the same account that paid, usually within ten business days after we agree the slot is released.

If research has begun

Once public credits are gathered or a studio hour is held, that labor cannot be put back on the shelf. We may reduce a later invoice for unused hours, but we do not unwind completed transcripts or visit notes already delivered.

If a page contains a credit error

Tell us. We correct the public page. A correction is not a refund event by itself.

Optional desktop utility

The described local ledger is record-keeping software. This site does not charge a download fee for it and does not deliver an installer. There is therefore no software-store refund on portalfieldcore.click.
